Oregon Connections Academy (ORCA), the largest online public charter school in the state, has started the enrollment season for the 2016-17 school year. The tuition-free public charter school, serving students in grades K-12 across Oregon, is hosting a Parent-to-Parent meeting on April 19th. Parent-to-Parent meetings offer interested families the opportunity to speak with current school families in a more casual setting.
