Explore from Home: Engineering through Time

The Museum of Natural and Cultural History’s Explore from Home web page is a growing treasure trove of virtual family fun, with fresh content posted regularly. Varying in length from 15 to 60 minutes, there are activities for children of all ages!

Our next Explore from Home adventure begins Monday, May 4, with Engineering through Time. For thousands of years, Native Americans have used science and engineering to create tools, homes, and clothing, passing this knowledge down through generations. Many of these technologies are still being used today. Join us online (https://mnch.uoregon.edu/explore-home), explore artifacts designed by Oregon’s first engineers, and try out your own engineering skills through our hands-on design challenges!
