Get on board for family fun at the next Eugene, Cascades & Coast Kids' Adventure Club Family Day. This time you'll learn all about board sports--including paddleboarding, skateboarding and sandboarding. Enter to win a sandboard and a skateboard! Watch sand sculptors create a huge sculpture outside the Adventure Center. Make boarding-themed crafts throughout the morning. Special partners include Sand Master Park, Tactics board shop, Northwest Canoe Tours and the City of Eugene, who will share information on everything from events and camps to rentals and recreational options available in the region. Special guest Diego Chaves, the 2011 and 2012 Men's Junior Sandboarding Champion, will also be on-site to meet kids and sign autographs.
