Watch as 6 local artists create murals on storm drains in downtown Springfield, by City Hall, the Justice Center, and Springfield Museum. For the 2nd annual UpStream Art event, the theme is “Only Rain Down the Drain” to raise awareness that most pollutants entering storm drains flow untreated into local rivers.
