The 8th annual Uke Jam will showcase student 'ukulele groups from local schools, including North Eugene, Cesar Chavez, Ridgeline Montessori and St. Paul's. There will also be solos by outstanding students, a display of ukes made by a Springfield High shop class, and a raffle for an 'Ohana 'ukulele and gig bag. Patty Sage is the emcee for this fun event focusing on kids and ukes. It's all happening on Saturday, May 20, 4:30-7:00 pm at Whirled Pies Downtown at 8th and Charnelton, and admission is free.
