This Warrior Sisters self-defense training is open to all girl-identified and non-binary teens. W.S. is a nonprofit that provides trauma-informed and empowerment-based self-defense trainings for women, youth, and individuals. This workshop incorporates awareness-building, verbal boundary setting, and accessible physical self-defense techniques, including basic strikes and escape scenarios. All levels and bodies are welcome; no experience necessary! OP staff will be present throughout the workshop. Advance registration is required. Spots are limited. Registration deadline is 10/7.
