We are a secure, 23 bed residential program offering mental health, trauma and recovery services for adolescents 13-17 with an average length of stay of 21-30 days. We can serve youth with a Mental Health diagnosis only, a Substance Abuse diagnosis or Co-Occurring diagnosis. Our programming is centered around skill building in emotional regulation, resiliency, conflict resolution, and communication with a framework of intentional healing relationships as a strategy for long-term recovery. Madrona is committed to providing services through a trauma informed lens and our staff are trained in nonviolent crisis intervention, trauma and resiliency informed practices.

We work with all private insurance companies and are currently out-of-network until our contracts are finalized. Our Billing Coordinator will check benefits and help families navigate costs etc. during the admissions process. We do not accept OHP or other state insurance plans at this time.
