Through partner poses, acroyoga and expressive art we will experience the joy and elation of connection, trust and letting go! There will be face painting, upbeat music, dancing, art projects, as well as flying, tumbling and stretching with a friend. Come with a friend or make new friends! No previous experience required- this is a supportive and noncompetitive environment.
