Thrill The World is an international dance event where people around the world dance Thriller simultaneously in an attempt to break a world record. It happens on October 25th at exactly 3pm this year (location to be determined). Eugene is proud to be in its 3rd year partcipating; last year we were #3 in the world in attendance. Both indiviuduals and families have a lot of fun learning the dance together. Practice is at the Downtown Athletic Club (membership not required) Thursdays starting August 14 from 7-8 for beginners and 8-9 for experienced Thriller dancers. We do several optional flashmobs along the way.We also fund-raise for ShelterCare during our dance season.
