About the Instructor: Sallie Vandagrift is a literary fiction and nonfiction writer, teacher, and editor. Her short stories have appeared in The Sun, and Coffee Talk. She’s been teaching creative writing to K-12 students in Lane County for the past decade. Sallie’s instruction focuses on wordplay, storytelling, and attention to craft to help writers of all ages cultivate a deeper connection with the power of the written word.
