A Mammoth Celebration!
The museum family just got bigger. A lot bigger. This fall we're unveiling two new, life-size Columbian mammoth sculptures in the museum courtyard! Join us for a weekend-long welcome to these impressive Ice Age ambassadors. Learn about the creation of the epic sculptures, delve into the museum's current mammoth research, and enter your suggestions for what to name the new arrivals!
• Meet paleo-artist Gary Staab, creator of the mammoth sculptures, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday
• 20 percent discounts on all family museum memberships • 20 percent member discounts in the museum store
• The first 50 visitors each day will receive a commemorative mammoth gift!
