"Magical Madigascar" a Musical Chair Party to Benefit The Eugene Symphony

Slides and Dessert for 25 Guests

RSVP to Heather (541) 505-9155 to receive the actual address of the event. How often do you get the opportunity to see plants and animals so unique that more than 90% are found nowhere else on earth? Eighty-eight million years ago, the landmass of Madagascar broke off from India and so its remarkable native plants and animals evolved in isolation. Explore this fascinating island located off the southeast coast of Africa with Dave Pottinger, who traveled with his wife, Paula, to Madagascar in 2012. Through slides and narration Dave leads us on a magical journey, exploring the culture, history and wildlife of this little-known land. Exotic desserts and beverages accompany this enchanting evening. For this event, $10.00 per person ma be deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes.
