Eighty-eight million years ago, the landmass of Madagascar broke off from India and so its remarkable native plants and animals evolved in isolation. Explore this fascinating island located off the southeast coast of Africa with Dave Pottinger, who traveled with his wife, Paula, to Madagascar in 2012. Through slides and narration Dave leads us on a magical journey, exploring the culture, history and wildlife of this little-known land. Exotic desserts and beverages accompany this enchanting evening. For this event, $10.00 per person ma be deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes.
