A free-form, play based practice to connect mamas with their toddler, their mama community and to the body’s intuition. Mindfulness games, traditional yoga pose and breath work will be incorporated to foster a connection between body and mind and help with self-regulation (for both mamas and littles!). A lighthearted environment will encourage exploration, ease and bonding between mothers and their toddler.
