Early registration suggested as spots are limited and fill quickly. What is the Past, Present, & Future retreat all about? Where do you fall on your list of priorities? Are you #1? If not, then these two days will help you, make you a priority! Day 1: Looking in the rear view mirror, to the past. Discovering what worked, and what has not. Enjoy an activity to discover what is within your circle of control, and be empowered. We will also have some gentle body works and meditation opportunities to explore, plus a surprise or two! Day 2: Looking out the windshield, to the future. Do you know where you’re headed from here? Have you thought about your dream and desires for the future? On day two, we will be creating a vision board, focusing on the future and incorporating our day 1 learning into the future. This day too will include gentle body works and meditation opportunities, plus a surprise or two! Expectation: To attend BOTH SATURDAYS. Registration is for BOTH DAYS. What do I need to bring? An open mind, a yoga mat if you have one, maybe a pillow or two, even a warm blanket & slippers should you want to get extra comfortable, plus, wear comfortable clothes. Lunch & snacks provided, however ok to bring own food to accommodate your dietary needs.
