Sheldon and Churchill High School students, from Hawai'i, Samoa, Tonga, Micronesia and Guam, have organized the first ever Sheldon Lū'au. This evening of Polynesian hospitality and culture will feature the dance troupe Peteli Krew from Medford, presenting dances from throughout the Pacific Islands. The high school students will also perform traditional music and dance, and the Iron Mango 'Ukulele Orchestra will provide preshow music. The evening includes a Hawaiian style dinner catered by Every Day Kine Grindz. It's all happening Saturday, June 17, 5-8 pm, at Sheldon High School Cafeteria, 2455 Willakenzie.
