Ingredients :
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 broccoli top, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 yellow squashes, blanched and sliced (or 2 small zucchini, chopped)
- 1 cup fresh basil, torn
- 1 pound penne pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup good red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :
Toss all the ingredients with the pasta. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Yield: 8 servings
